What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, optional phone number, travel dates, group size, budget range and the description of the trip you have in mind.

We do not use advertising cookies. To understand how the site is used we collect anonymous, cookie-free usage statistics (pages viewed, which contact buttons are clicked, and whether the inquiry form was started and sent); these are aggregated and cannot identify you. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser only.

Why we use it

We use your details solely to reply to your inquiry, prepare a trip proposal, and, if you book, to organise your stay, drivers and excursions with our partners in Morocco.

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to keep in touch.

Who we share it with

To organise a booked trip we share the minimum necessary information (typically names, arrival times and special requests) with the riads, drivers and guides involved.

Inquiry emails are delivered through a transactional email provider acting on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up on your trip plans, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. Booking records are kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to the email address below and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
