- Riads inside the UNESCO medina ramparts, a short walk from the fishing harbour, plus surf lodges in Taghazout.

- We have stayed there, or our team has inspected it within the last year.
- Rooms are quiet, clean and well-maintained; we avoid properties that rely on photos of a single showpiece room.
- Hosts speak English or French and are reachable around the clock during your stay.
- Breakfast is included and genuinely good; a rooftop terrace or courtyard is available to guests.
- Location works with your itinerary: reachable for your driver, and walkable to what you came to see.

How pricing works
Riad rates are quoted per room, per night, inside your itinerary proposal. Rather than publishing figures that change with every season and property, we quote each stay individually. The kinds of stay we arrange:
Boutique riad
Quoted per stay
Charming, well-run houses with 4–10 rooms in Marrakech, Fez, Essaouira and Chefchaouen.
Premium riad
Quoted per stay
Larger rooms or suites, a pool or hammam on site, and a higher level of service.
Luxury riad or palace
Quoted per stay
Restored palaces, pool suites and full-service properties.
Private desert camp
Quoted per person
Includes dinner, breakfast and a sunset camel ride in Merzouga.
Rates depend on the season (spring and autumn are highest), the room and the property. Riad stays are bundled into a full itinerary quote together with your driver and excursions; we do not add a booking fee on top of the property's rate.
How booking works

Tell us your style and budget
Use the inquiry form to share your dates, cities and how you like to stay: intimate and simple, or spacious and full-service.

Receive a shortlist
Within 48 hours we propose two or three riads per city, with photos, location notes and prices.
- 03
We confirm and coordinate
Once you choose, we reserve the rooms, confirm your arrival details with the host and line up your driver's drop-off point.
Common questions about riads
Can you book riads only, without a full itinerary?
Yes. Many travellers book a riad in Marrakech or Fez through us and add a driver or excursion later. Choose “Riad Booking” on the contact form.
Are riads suitable for families or travellers with limited mobility?
Most riads have steep stairs and no lift. Tell us if that matters and we will propose properties with ground-floor rooms, pools and connecting rooms.
How far in advance should we book?
For March–May and September–November, four to six months ahead. Popular small riads with only a handful of rooms sell out first.
